Coach of the senior national team of Nigeria Gernot Rohr says Bournemouth ace Philip Billing knows what to do if he wants to commit his international future to Nigeria.
Billing revealed that he is still in talks with the coach of the Nigerian team after he was snubbed by the handler of the Danish team for the ongoing European Championship.
His comment sparked talks about a possible change in his decision to represent Denmark as he also indicated that he has his eyes on the next World Cup which is something he can achieve with Nigeria.
Reacting Rohr said there is always a spot for good players but the commitment to play for Nigeria must come from the player himself before his technical crew will follow up.
“ It’s the same for every player who want to play for us. There is a process of the player communicating to us about his intentions then also FIFA to get him cleared to play for us. This we have told them already”, he said.
