Danish side Nordsjaelland have opened talks with Nigeria Professional Football League side Enyimba over the transfer of 22 year old winger Anayo Iwuala.
Enyimba have placed a €1 million price tag on the winger who has four caps for Nigeria but the Danish side are confident of driving down the price tag.
Already a representative of the team has met with the player’s camp where they have enumerated a plan for his career with a move to a top league possible in few seasons.
Nordsjaelland have in recent time succeeded in providing a platform for young African player to make the jump to top teams with Ghana international Muhammed Kudus now of Ajax passing their recent success story.
They are however not alone in the quest to sign the winger who has nine assists and four goals this season with teams from Belgium, France and Greece also circling for his signature.
His next career move will become clear after his involvement for Nigeria in the upcoming friendly game against Mexico in Los Angeles on the 3rd of July.
