Nigeria international striker Paul Onuachu Will before the end of the summer transfer window seal a dream move to a team in the English Premier League, OwnGoalNigeria.com understands.

Onuachu who ended the season as top scorer in Belgium with 35 goals for Genk has narrowed his options to just two teams in West Ham and Brighton and Hove Albion.

Both teams have been told by Genk that it will cost £26 million to price the Nigerian away from the team but they are hopeful of negotiating it down with plans to use add ons to complete the figure.

Representatives of the 26 year old have already told other interested teams that Onuachu’s first priority is to join a team in the English Premier League but he will consider other leagues if the move fails.

So far there is no sign of breakdown in talks and for now it’s a straight battle between West Ham who believe they are in pole position to sign the forward and Brighton who have long admired the lanky striker.
