Coach of FC Porto Sergio Conceicao has told Nigerian left back Zaidu Sanusi that his spot in the team is not in anyway under threat despite the club pushing for a deal to sign Vina from Palmeiras.
Porto want to pay €7m for the Brazilian left back but Palmeiras want €10m but despite his high price tag he isn’t coming to take the place of Zaidu according to Conceicao.
According to Portuguese publication O’jogo , the coach has already told the Nigerian that he is untouchable in his starting lineup and he proved it by turning down bids from club abroad willing to sign the Nigeria international.
The coach believe Zaidu has done remarkably well since his signing as replacement for Alex Telles and sees no reason why he should lose his spot but he want other options in the event of his absence.
