PSG suffered their first defeat of the season losing 1-3 away to fellow Ligue 1 side Nice , who were powered by their Nigerian forward Terem Moffi, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.

Moffi showed his striker’s instinct to open scoring in the 21st minute, a lead they could only hold for eight minutes before Kylian Mbappe drew PSG level. Both teams went into the half time break level at 1-1.

Eight minutes after the restart, Moffi turned provider, showing good turn of pace and quick feet at the edge of the box before hitting a powerful cross across the box, which was turned home by Gaëtan Laborde to restore the lead of the home side.

Eight minutes after the hour mark, Moffi went on another strong run but this time around instead of looking for the runner, he steadied himself before bending home a sweet effort with his left foot for his second of the game and his team’s third.

Mbappe ensured that the game ended in a nervy fashion for the home side with a goal three minutes from full time to bring scores to 3-2. Tried as they could and even with ten minutes of time added on they couldn’t snatch a point.
