The agent and brother of Fulham defender Tosin Adarabiyio has hinted at a possible switch of nationality for the 26 year old after his goal against West Ham United in the English Premier League, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
Adarabiyio’s return from injury has coincided with Fulham’s best run of the season so far as they have won their last two games with a convincing 5-0 win against Nottingham Forest and West Ham respectively.
He has formed a formidable partnership in defence with fellow Nigerian Calvin Bassey, a partnership which will likely extend to the senior national team of Nigeria, judging by a post made by his agent and brother Gbolahan Adarabiyio on social media.
Although Adarabiyio has rejected chances to be a part of the Nigerian team in the past insisting on waiting for his time with the senior national team of England, a post by his brother suggests a different tune might be the order of the day.
Below is the post he made under the goal scored by Adarabiyio. He posted three eagles with a Nigerian flag underneath. The Eagle is the symbol of the senior national team of Nigeria often referred to as the Super Eagles.
