As many as three players who have been involved with the youth team of Germany have indicated their interest to pledge their senior international future to the senior national team of Nigeria, OwnGoalNigeria. com reports.

Nigeria have in the past lure players of Nigerian heritage from Germany with Leon Balogun, Kevin Akpoguma, Maduka Okoye and Jordan Torunarigha all making the switch.

It appears more players will soon join the train with reports from Germany saying Werder Bremen right back Felix Agu, who snubbed a chance to play for Nigeria three years ago when Gernot Rohr was in charge of the team now willing to dorn the Super Eagles shirt.

The 24 year old is hoping to make the switch alongside his club teammate Justin Njinmah, who has also openly voiced his readiness to play for Nigeria with little or no hope of getting into the Germany set up.

We also gathered that Augsburg defender Felix Uduokhai is another who is only waiting to be contacted before he starts the process of a switch of nationality. The 26 year old was also approached by erstwhile Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr three years ago.
