Former Remo Stars midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro is closing in on a loan deal to join newly promoted Italian Serie A side Pisa from Inter Milan, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
A loan deal with an option to buy and a counter-purchase option is been discussed by the parties involved in the deal for the 20 year old, who spent last season on loan to Serie B side Sampdoria.
He played 38 games in the league and the Italian Cup last season. Inter believe another loan deal will be beneficial to his progression and development as a midfielder, hence the decision to sanction his move to Pisa.
Akinsanmiro is not the only young gun set to leave San Siro this summer with Aleksandar Stankovic also on his way out, with the duo of Club Brugge and Sassuolo fighting for his services.
Inter’s option to buy him back in the event that he Pisa decides to sign him permanently will be active for three years.
