German side RB Leipzig have completed negotiations for the signing of Nigeria U20 winger Suleiman Sani from Slovakian side RB Leipzig, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
The 19 year old has received offers from a hot of clubs with Trenčín willing to sanction a deal in January, rather than wait till the summer.
Like we reported earlier he was on the radar of Dutch outfit NEC Nijmegen, the Spanish side Villarreal, English Premier League sides Brentford and Chelsea FC, as well Italian giants AC Milan.
RB Leipzig has won the race for his signing, which will be a club record sale of €7m. The highest sale ever made by the club in the January transfer window beating the record of Brazilian Wesley Moraes, who transferred to Belgian Club Brugge for 4.2 million euros at the end of January 2016 from the Slovakian side. He then went to English Aston Villa for 25 million.
