21 year old goalkeeper Colin Andrew is open to representing the Super Eagles of Nigeria despite playing for Czech Republic at U21 level , OwnGoalNigeria.com can exclusively reveal.
Born to Nigerian parents in Czech Republic, the shot stopper who was a part of the U21 team of the country of his birth last year, he recently moved to second division side Zbrojovka Brno, who are top of the league and in strong position to gain promotion to the top division.
Despite his invitation to the U21 team of Czech Republic, his dream is to represent the Super Eagles of Nigeria, and he has constantly spoken about his strong yoruba background.
A call up to the Super Eagles doesn’t seem feasible or possible for now, but if his team successfully gain promotion to the top division there is a high chance that he will be in the mix for a call up.
So far the 21 year old has kept six clean sheets in 15 games this season, conceding just 17 goals in the process.
