Saudi Arabia side Al Ahli have made the signing of Nigeria international forward Paul Onuachu one of their main priority in the summer transfer window, in the wake of reports linking Ivan Toney with a summer exit.
Onuachu who is presently the top scorer in the Turkish League with 17 goals in 20 games for Trabzonspor is seen as a like for like replacement for the England international.
Currently on a run of scoring in six consecutive games, the 31 year old is said to be open to the idea as he sees it as a great opportunity to end his career on a high pay.
The offer is said to be thrice what he currently earns in Turkey, but any deal will have to be sanctioned by the Turkish side with two years left to run on his deal.
A member of the Super Eagles squad to the recently concluded AFCON, he is expected to make the team for the upcoming friendly tournament in Jordan, where they will also face Iran after a game with the host.
