UCL- Osimhen Scores In Extra Time To Power Galatasaray To Round Of 16

Victor Osimhen ensured that Galatasaray book a spot in the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League with the all important goal for his team in a 2-3 defeat against Juventus in the round of 32 playoff.

Galatasaray were leading 5-2 from the first leg in Istanbul a week ago, but saw their lead erased with ten men Juventus scoring three unreplied goals to take the game into extra time.

Osimhen pulled a goal back for Galatasaray in the first half of extra time, before Barış Alper Yılmaz put the game to bed with Gala’s second goal one minute to the end of the game.

The 2-3 defeat ensured that they progress on a 7-5 aggregate win to the round of 16 for the first time in their history.
