Turkish giants Besiktas have invited young Nigerian left back Kehinde Moses for trials after his impressive performance in front of their scouts in Nigeria, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
Reports in Turkey say the left back has already arrived in Turkey, and will be assessed by the coaches of Besiktas in view of a permanent signing in the summer transfer window.
One of the current captains of Besiktas Wilfred Ndidi also doubles as the captain of the senior national team of Nigeria. He is expected to see the young Nigerian before the end of his trial.
The club are confident that Moses will be good enough for their youth team, where his progress will be monitored for promotion to the first team in the near future.
Blessed with searing pace, pin point crosses and an ability to whip in free kicks, he is seen by those who have watched him in the mould of former Nigeria international Taiye Taiwo.
Taiwo went on to play for Marseille and AC Milan in his peak years and played for QPR during the twilight of his career. He also spent two years in Turkey playing for Bursaspor.
