The GBS of Jos graduate was a part of the Nigeria U20 team to the last world cup, where they were eliminated in the round of 16, but he did enough to earn a move to the German side who are in the hunt for a UEFA Champions League spot.
Signed in the January transfer window from Slovakian side AS Trenčín, the 19 year old had his progress at the team derailed by a knock which kept him out for a period of time.
