
English Premier League side Brentford will make a decision on the next step for Nigeria international defender Benjamin Fredrick following his return form the injury that has sidelined him since November, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
Fredrick was sent on loan to Belgium side FC Dender in the summer after making his debut for the senior national team of Nigeria at the last edition of the Unity Cup tournament in London.
He cemented a spot in the back four of the Nigerian team at the expense of captain of the team Willam Troost-Ekong. He started all the games he played for Nigeria at senior level before missing the AFCON through injury.
Now back after full recovery, he will be back in full training next week and the club will decide on what will be the next step for his career. A return to Dender will be discussed as well as staying at Brentford till the summer.
In the summer he will be a part of the team for pre season, where he will be assessed for a spot in the team for next season.
