There is still no certainty over the future of Nigeria international striker Akor Adams at Spanish side Sevilla , OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
Reports from Spain has it that newly promoted Venezia have not left the conversation for the signing of the 26 year old, despite his claims that there is no offer on the table for him.
El Chiringuito says the sporting director of Venezia Filippo Antonelli was in Spain in the early hours of today for a meeting with the Andalusian club’s management.
Talks will be about their interest in Adams who has ten goals in 32 appearances since joining the team in January 2025. They have already submitted a €12 million which is far from the $20m Sevilla wants.
The feeling is that negotiations could drag on for a long time, with Venezia still intent on trying and assessing the margins for reaching an agreement.
Akor is said to be indifferent over a move admist reports that an agreement on personal terms won’t be an issue.
