Relegated English Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers were force to cancel their training yesterday following Tolu Arokodare’s refusal to leave the pitch when asked not to train with squad.
New coach Cesar Peixoto seemingly not tolerating ‘player power’ and poor discipline levels asked the lanky forward who has been linked with an exit to leave the training ground, as he is not in his plans for the season.
Arokodare shunned an agreed move to Turkish side Trabzonspor insisting on moving to Italian Serie A side Fiorentina , but the move is now off after they failed to reach agreement with Wolves.
Extra security will be enforced today at Compton Park to make sure he was not at training ground and he won’t be part of the squad travelling to Maidenhead United tomorrow night.
