Nigeria international midfielder Raphael Onyedika is closing in on a move to German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt from Belgium side Club Brugge, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
He has been linked with a summer move to the German side in the last two consecutive transfer window, but there appeared to be a breakthrough this time around.
Reports from Germany say both clubs are close to reaching an agreement for his transfer fee in the region of €9m, with the player also in talks over personal terms.
While the Germans are pushing Turkish side Trabzonspor are said to be monitoring the development, and are willing to offer him a better personal term than what he has on the table from the Germans.
Club Brugge will respect the wish of the player on his next destination as long as their valuation is met. The 25 year old has one year to run on his current deal hence the willingness of the club to cash in on him.
