The camp of the senior national team of Nigeria for their upcoming games in the AFCON qualifiers has come alive with the arrival of 20 Players from the 23 invited by head coach Eric Chelle, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
Nigeria will be involved in AFCON 2027 qualifiers opening their campaign at home against Madagascar on the 25th, before travelling to keep a date with Guinea-Bissau in Morocco four days later.
Chelle made public his list of players for the games and camp officially opened today with their first training session set for later today. The coach invited two separate teams for the qualifiers and another for the friendly game against Russia.
So far 20 of the invited players have arrived the team’s camp ahead of today’s first training session in preparation for Friday’s game according to the official media channel of the team.
