Hull City Hand Trials To Peter Odemwingie

Newly promoted English Premiership side Hull City have confirmed that former Super Eagles winger Peter Osaze Odemwingie will begin trials with team on Tuesday.

The recently turned 35 year old will take part in their pre season friendly game against Mansfield Town tomorrow night as confirmed by the club on their twitter handle.

Odemwingie has been in England since the 2010/2011 season when he joined West Bromwich Albion from Russian side Lokomotive Moscow and he has since gone on to play for Cardiff City and Stoke City as well.

At Stoke City he battled injuries in his last two years at the club and spent the second half of last season on loan to Championship side Bristol City where he scored twice seven games.

Since moving to England he has scored a total of 37 goals with his best goal scoring season coming in the 2010/2011 season when he scored 15 goals for West Brom.

Nigerian forward Osayamen Osawe is showing no sign of slowing down on his whirlwind start to his first pre season with Kaiserslautern scoring a brace in their 3-0 win over 1.FK Pribram.
