Hannover 96 Rule German-Nigerian Forward Sarenren Bazee Out Of Super Eagles Duty

Through official channel newly promoted German Bundesliga side Hannover 96 have ruled German-Nigerian forward Joel Noah Sareren Bazee out of Nigeria upcoming World Cup 2018 Qualifiers game against Cameroon.

Bazee went off injured in their pre season friendly clash against FC Germania Egestorf-Langreder, a game they convincingly won 4-1 despite the Nigerian limping out of the tie after 71 minutes.

The club issued a statement this afternoon where they confirmed the length of duration he is set to be out as test carried out by the team doctors showed he suffered a tendon rupture in his the rear of his left thigh.

” Diagnosis for Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee. The 20 year old, who had to be replaced in yesterday’s test game showed he suffered from a tendon rupture in the rear left thigh”, a statement from the club reads.

According to the club, the result of the test which was conducted by their team doctors Dr. Axel Partenheimer and Dr. Felix Hessel shows he will nneed to undergo surgery which will see him rest for a period of time.

The news will no doubt affect the plans of coach of the senior national team of Nigeria Gernot Rohr, who has so far not have the opportunity to cap the forward due to injuries despite convincing him to shun Germany for Nigeria.
